IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Free street parking is available after 7:00p. Multiple paid lots are located within walking distance of CHNO.

DO YOU SERVE FOOD/DRINKS?
Two full bars service the theater and box office lobby areas. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Major credit cards and cash are accepted at our box office and bars. Tickets may be purchased online or at the CHNO Box Office at 609 Fulton Street.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I SHOW UP LATE?
Seating is allowed up to 15 minutes after the show’s start time. Guests arriving after 15 minutes may transfer tickets to a later show (if available). No refunds.

CAN I ORDER NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR THE TWO-DRINK MINIMUM?
Yes. We offer a variety of mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.

CAN I BOOK CHNO FOR PRIVATE EVENTS?
Yes. We offer venue rentals and event hosting services. Contact our Event Services Department for pricing and availability.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?
Guests must be 18 years of age to enter, 21 years of age to purchase and consume alcohol. Valid photo identification required.

ARE CAMERAS ALLOWED?
Photography, filming, and other forms of recording are prohibited during shows.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
Yes. Gift Certificates are available in any amount and can be used for ticket and bar purchases.

CAN I PERFORM AT CHNO?
We host an open mic stand-up show every Wednesday at 8:00pm, sign-ups begin at 7:30pm. Agents and other booking inquiries can contact our Booking Department.
